You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service is subject to the following limitations:
Our unlimited plan is perfect for small to medium businesses with typical daily call volumes. While there's no strict minute limit, we expect usage to align with normal business operations. This plan works best for businesses that aren't running call centers or doing high-volume telemarketing.
We reserve the right to review usage patterns and may contact customers whose usage suggests the plan is being used outside its intended purpose. Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All plans are billed monthly in advance.
One Trial Per User: Each user is eligible for only one 4-day free trial. Once you have used your trial (by having a phone number assigned to any agent), you are no longer eligible for additional free trials.
Trial Period: The 4-day free trial begins immediately when your first phone number is assigned to an AI agent.
Automatic Conversion: After the 4-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
No Credit Card Required: You can start your trial without providing payment information, but payment information is required before the trial expires to continue service.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
RingReady relies on third-party telephony providers, AI service providers, and other external services. We are not responsible for:
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Call recording is off by default — it's entirely your choice. If you turn it on for a receptionist:
Letting us learn from your calls is a separate choice that is off by default. If you opt in from your receptionist's settings, you grant RingReady a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, host, process, review, and use your recordings and transcripts — together with any models, analytics, insights, and other materials derived from them — to operate, maintain, secure, improve, develop, and train the Service and the AI and machine-learning systems that power it.
You may switch this setting off at any time, which stops us from using your future calls in this way. Switching it off does not require us to delete, and does not affect, any recordings, transcripts, models, or improvements already created or derived while it was on, all of which we may continue to use. We do not sell your recordings.
If you never opt in, we simply provide the Service and do not use your recordings to train or improve our systems.
RingReady and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RingReady and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINGREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
While we use advanced AI technology, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI responses. Users should verify important information independently.
Our Service depends on third-party providers for telephony, AI processing, and other functions. We are not responsible for their performance or reliability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RingReady from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or deleting your account through the dashboard.
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or limit your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
We are not required to provide any explanation, refund, or compensation for such termination. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these termination rights.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RingReady regarding the Service.
