Set up your branded website (included in your plan)

Every reseller gets a professional website — and it's included in your $99/month platform fee. No Wix subscription, no Webflow, no developer, no hosting bill. You pick a template, fill in the sections, claim a free address, and you're live — with a site that mentions your brand and only your brand. RingReady appears nowhere on it. Ever. Including the free address.

1. Open the editor

From your reseller settings page, click Edit your website (or go straight to /reseller-website). The editor is live: you edit on one side and watch the actual site update on the other. Your brand name, logo, and colors from reseller settings are already flowed in — if you haven't set those yet, do that first, it takes five minutes and saves you re-typing everything here.

2. Pick a template

There are 13 design templates, and each ships with its own complete color palette — clean and corporate through dark and premium. Click through a few; the whole site restyles instantly, and nothing you've written is lost when you switch. If you set brand colors in reseller settings, there's a "use my brand colors" option that overrides the template's palette with yours — use it if brand consistency matters to you, skip it if the template's palette looks better than your colors (it often does).

Don't agonize here. Pick the one that feels closest and move on — you can switch templates anytime, even after you're live.

3. Fill the sections — "Write it for me," then make it yours

Your site is built from sections: hero, services, pricing, playable voice demos, languages, FAQ, testimonials, a contact form, and more. Drag any section up or down to reorder it, or toggle it off entirely — and most sections have 2–3 style variants, so two resellers using the same template still end up with different-looking sites.

Here's the shortcut that makes this a 20-minute job instead of a weekend: every section has a ✨ Write it for me button that fills in polished, professional copy. Click it, read what it wrote, then edit two or three lines so it sounds like you — your city, your niche, the way you actually talk to customers. Fill-then-personalize beats staring at an empty text box every time.

For your logo, upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP — or pick a clean icon from the built-in icon library if you don't have a logo file yet. And don't skip the voice and language demos: they're playable right on the page, which means a prospect browsing your site at 11pm can hear the product without calling anyone. That section does more selling than any paragraph you'll write.

4. Claim your free address and publish

At the top of the editor is the address bar. Type a name and claim your free address in one click: yourname.recepflow.com. Notice what that address is not: it's not ringready-anything. The recepflow.com address is completely brand-neutral — a customer can stare at it all day and learn nothing about who's behind your service.

Then hit Publish. That's it — your site is on the air, secure connection included, mobile-ready, nothing to maintain. You now have a real website you can put on business cards, ads, and social profiles — and when a prospect asks "do you have a website?", the answer is yes.

5. Share it

Click Share your site and you'll get a modal with ready-made announcement messages — written versions of "I've launched an AI receptionist service, here's my site" for texting, emailing, and posting. Send one to your network the same day you publish. Your first customers almost always come from people who already know you, and a finished website is the perfect excuse to reach out.

6. Optional: connect your own domain

The free address works fine forever. But if you want www.yourbrand.com, the editor has a "Use your own domain" link, and the whole thing is about 10 minutes and one setting at your domain provider:

  1. Add one record. Log in to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, wherever you bought the domain), open your domain's DNS settings, and add a CNAME record: name www, pointing to sites.recepflow.com. Don't change or delete anything else.
  2. Turn on forwarding for the bare domain — so yourbrand.com without the "www" works too. Your provider calls this "forwarding" or "redirect"; point it at https://www.yourbrand.com.

Once it's connected, the padlock (secure certificate) is issued automatically — nothing to buy or configure — and your free recepflow.com address starts redirecting to your domain, so any links you've already shared keep working.

7. Where leads go

Your site's contact form works from day one. Every submission is emailed to the address you choose — use the same dedicated support address (hello@yourbrand.com) you set in reseller settings, so every lead lands in one inbox. When a lead comes in, reply fast: the person filling out a "who answers your phones?" form is a business owner feeling the missed-call pain right now.

Next: create a receptionist for your own agency — it doubles as the demo line your website and pitches will point to. Set up your agency's own AI receptionist →
