Ad-Platform Conversions · Scale tier

Tell Meta, Google, and TikTok when calls convert.

When your AI receptionist books a job — on a phone call or in website chat — we send the conversion event straight to your ad platforms. Smart Bidding optimizes on booked jobs, not just clicks.

Your ad campaigns can't see phone conversions.

Meta, Google, and TikTok all optimize on what they can measure. If the booked job happens on a phone call instead of in the browser, their algorithm sees the click but never the conversion. Your spend optimizes on clicks. Your business runs on jobs.

~80%
of service-business conversions happen on a phone call — invisible to ad-platform attribution by default.

Three steps. No engineering.

Set the trigger once. Every matching call or chat fires the conversion event to your ad platforms automatically.

1

Describe the conversion in plain English

Tell us when an event should fire: fire when the booking link was sent or fire when the caller asked for a callback. No code, no event-builder UI.

2

We listen on every conversation

After every phone call and every website chat, the AI evaluates your trigger against the transcript and decides whether the condition was met. Conservative bias — ambiguous cases default to no-fire, so your ad platforms don't get noise.

3

We fire the event to your ad platforms

Server-side. Hashed PII. Match-quality optimized. Meta sees the Schedule event. Google Ads imports the conversion via GA4. TikTok logs the SubmitForm. Smart Bidding optimizes on booked jobs, not just clicks.

What it looks like in practice.

Common questions

Which ad platforms do you send conversions to?
All three, included in Scale: Meta (Facebook + Instagram via Conversions API), Google Ads (via Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol — once you link GA4 to your Ads account, conversions import automatically), and TikTok (via Events API).
How does it know when a call or chat converts?
You describe the conversion in plain English (fire when the appointment booking link was sent, for example). After every conversation, an AI evaluates that description against the transcript and decides whether the trigger fired. Conservative bias — ambiguous cases default to no-fire, so your ad platforms don't get false-positive conversion signal.
Does this work for website chat too, or just phone calls?
Both. Phone calls and website chat conversations are evaluated identically — same trigger description, same AI evaluation, same event fired. One configuration covers both channels.
Do you charge per CAPI event sent?
No. Flat-rate on Scale ($299/month). Send 30 events a month or 30,000 — same bill. Most CAPI add-on tools meter by event; we don't. Same flat-rate logic as the phone receptionist.
What's the match quality?
Depends on what PII the agent captured. Phone number (always captured) is a strong match-quality signal for Meta. Name if collected gets hashed and sent as first + last for additional match power. Expect Meta match-quality scores of 6–8/10 for typical phone-call CAPI — competitive with browser-side CAPI.
How do I see whether events actually fired?
Every call's detail page in your dashboard shows the CAPI status per channel — green checkmark for successful sends, red for failures (with error message), muted gray for "this call didn't match the trigger." Tooltips include the platform event ID for cross-referencing in Events Manager.
