RingReady provides AI-powered phone answering services that include:

  • AI agent configuration and management
  • Phone number provisioning and management
  • Call handling and routing
  • Call analytics and reporting
  • Integration with third-party services

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Fair Use Policy

Our unlimited plan is perfect for small to medium businesses with typical daily call volumes. While there's no strict minute limit, we expect usage to align with normal business operations. This plan works best for businesses that aren't running call centers or doing high-volume telemarketing.

We reserve the right to review usage patterns and may contact customers whose usage suggests the plan is being used outside its intended purpose. Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All plans are billed monthly in advance.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the Service.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

RingReady relies on third-party telephony providers, AI service providers, and other external services. We are not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
  • Quality issues with telephony services
  • AI model performance or accuracy
  • Data processing delays or failures
  • Any damages resulting from third-party service failures

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

RingReady and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RingReady and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Comprehensive Liability Limitations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINGREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
  • Inaccurate information provided by AI responses
  • Missed calls, communication failures, or data loss
  • Damages resulting from third-party service failures
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9.2 AI Accuracy

While we use advanced AI technology, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of AI responses. Users should verify important information independently.

9.3 Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service depends on third-party providers for telephony, AI processing, and other functions. We are not responsible for their performance or reliability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RingReady from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or deleting your account through the dashboard.

11.2 Termination by Us

Service Termination Rights

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or limit your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Violation of our Fair Use Policy
  • Excessive usage that impacts our infrastructure
  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business, infrastructure, or other customers
  • Any reason whatsoever, at our sole and absolute discretion

We are not required to provide any explanation, refund, or compensation for such termination. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these termination rights.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RingReady regarding the Service.
