How to Set It Up

There are two ways to connect RingReady to Slack:

Option A: Direct Slack Webhook (Simplest)

1. In Slack, go to your workspace settings and create an Incoming Webhook
2. Choose which channel should receive call notifications
3. Copy the webhook URL Slack gives you
4. In RingReady, enable webhooks and paste the Slack webhook URL
5. Done — calls will post directly to your Slack channel

Option B: Via Zapier (More Formatting Control)

1. Create a Zap with Zapier using "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger
2. Add Slack as the action — choose "Send Channel Message"
3. Format the message using RingReady's call data fields
4. This gives you more control over formatting, channel routing, and conditional logic
