How to forward calls on Telus Home Phone to your AI receptionist

Keep your Telus Home Phone number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. It takes a couple of dial codes.

Telus Home Phone setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Landline setup: Lift the handset, wait for the dial tone, then dial each code from your Telus phone — these codes won't work from a cell phone. For busy and no-answer forwarding, first call TELUS (310-2255) to set your RingReady number as the forwarding destination — you can't enter it yourself.
Good to know: TELUS sets up busy/no-answer forwarding for you and may charge a service fee; long distance may apply if your RingReady number is outside your local calling area.
Heads up: Make a test call after setup to confirm your receptionist picks up.
