- Enable webhooks in your RingReady agent settings (setup guide)
- Create a Zap in Zapier — trigger: "Webhooks by Zapier" (Catch Hook)
- Paste the webhook URL into RingReady
- Add action: Google Sheets → Create Spreadsheet Row
- Map each RingReady field to the corresponding column
