How to forward calls on Chatr to your AI receptionist

Keep your Chatr number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. It takes a couple of dial codes.

Chatr setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Chatr uses Rogers's network and codes.
Good to know: Forwarded calls use your Chatr airtime, and long distance applies if your RingReady number is outside your number's local calling area; conditional forwarding may only work if voicemail is removed from your line.
Heads up: Chatr doesn't publish its own forwarding codes, so these are the standard codes for its network. After you dial them, call your business number from another phone and let it ring to make sure your receptionist picks up.

iPhone users — disable Live Voicemail first

Open Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail → toggle OFF.

This stops your iPhone from intercepting calls before forwarding takes effect. Skip this step on Android.

Forward calls when busy

Dial:*67*your RingReady number#then press Call.

Forward calls when not answered

Dial:*61*your RingReady number#then press Call.

Forward calls when unreachable (no signal)

Dial:*62*your RingReady number#then press Call.

Forward all calls unconditionally Optional

Only use this if you want to forward ALL calls, even when you can answer
