Text callers exactly the link they need — while they're still on the phone.

A caller asks to book, order, or sign up. Your AI receptionist offers to text the link, gets a clear yes, and the text lands before the call ends. Configure up to 5 links — the AI picks the one that matches what the caller asked for.

How mid-call SMS links actually work

You define the links and when each should be offered. The AI weaves the offer into the conversation, gets consent, and the text arrives while the caller is still on the line.

Pick your links

Choose from presets — book an appointment, book a table, place an order, get more info, start a free trial, sign up — or add a fully custom link with its own name: a menu, an intake form, a payment page, a waitlist. Any URL works.

Say when, in your own words

Every link has a trigger — “caller asks about availability or wants on the list”. Presets ship with sensible defaults you can override; custom links use your description. The AI offers the link at that moment, not on a script.

Offered naturally, never pushed

The AI works the offer into the conversation — “I can text you the link to book right now — want me to send it?” — and only sends after a clear yes. Callers with a complaint or support issue are never pitched a link at all.

Delivered mid-call

The text goes out while the caller is still on the line, and the AI confirms it arrived before wrapping up. At most one link per call — enforced in code, not just by the AI's judgment.

Preview before you save

The setup wizard shows the exact text your caller will receive — business name, link, and all. What you preview is byte-for-byte what gets sent.

Website Chat gets them too

On Growth, the same links work in your Website Chat widget — shared inline as clickable links, since chat visitors don't need an SMS. One configuration, both channels.

Common questions

What does the caller actually receive?

A short text from your business: “Thanks for contacting Joe's Plumbing. Here's the link to book an appointment: joesplumbing.com/book.” Your business name, the link's own name, and the URL — exactly what the setup wizard previews.

How does the AI know which link to send?

Each link carries a plain-English trigger — either the preset default or your own words. The AI matches what the caller asked for against those triggers and offers the single best match. If two could fit, it asks the caller which they'd like; if none fit, it offers nothing.

Will it spam my callers?

No. Three protections: the link is offered only when it matches the caller's actual request (support and complaint calls are never pitched), it's sent only after an explicit yes, and there's a hard limit of one link text per call enforced in code.

Can I use my own tools?

Yes — any URL. Calendly, Housecall Pro, Square, Toast, your Shopify order page, a Google Form, a PDF menu — if it has a link, your receptionist can text it.

What's included in Professional vs. Growth?

Professional ($39/month) includes 1 mid-call link — most businesses use it for their booking page. Growth ($129/month) unlocks up to 5, so booking, menu, order form, and custom links can all ride the same receptionist. Both flat-rate, no per-text fees.

Does this work in Website Chat too?

Yes — on Growth, the same links are shared in your Website Chat widget as clickable inline links (no SMS needed there, since the visitor is already looking at a screen). You configure the links once.
