Route by schedule
Pick the days and hours a rule covers — weeknights to the on-call tech, weekends to the owner. Overnight windows (6 PM – 8 AM) work naturally, and every rule runs in your business timezone, not the server's.
Your AI receptionist texts a summary after every call. Smart SMS Routing decides whose phone it lands on — the on-call tech after hours, the owner for new-business calls, the front desk for everything else. Set the rules once; every call follows them.
Two kinds of rules, checked top to bottom after every call. First match wins; no match falls back to your default number. Nothing about the call itself changes — only who gets notified.

Describe the intent in plain English — “caller wants a quote for a new project” — and the AI classifies each finished call against your descriptions. New-business calls can hit the owner's phone while routine calls go to the front desk.
Rules run in the order you set, up to 5 per receptionist. The first rule that matches decides the destination and the rest are skipped — so you put your most specific rule first and your broadest rule last.
Every number you route to is confirmed with a one-time 6-digit code before it can receive summaries. No typos texting your customers' call details to a stranger's phone.
No rule matched? The summary goes to your default number, same as today. Deleted a destination? Rules that pointed at it fall back automatically. Routing can add precision, but it can never lose a notification.
Routing changes the SMS destination only. Email summaries, the dashboard call log, and webhooks all keep working exactly as before — this feature adds a smarter text, it doesn't replace anything.
Any business where the right person to notify depends on the clock or the caller: on-call rotations, sales vs. service, office vs. field.
