How to forward calls on Lycamobile to your AI receptionist

Lycamobile setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Lycamobile uses T-Mobile's network and codes.
Heads up: Lycamobile doesn't publish its own forwarding codes, so these are the standard codes for its network. After you dial them, call your business number from another phone and let it ring to make sure your receptionist picks up. Lycamobile may not allow forwarding on every plan.

iPhone users — disable Live Voicemail first

Open Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail → toggle OFF.

This stops your iPhone from intercepting calls before forwarding takes effect. Skip this step on Android.

Forward calls when busy

Dial:**67*1your RingReady number#then press Call.

Forward calls when not answered

Forward calls when unreachable (no signal)
