How to forward calls on Verizon to your AI receptionist

iPhone users — disable Live Voicemail first

Open Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail → toggle OFF.

This stops your iPhone from intercepting calls before forwarding takes effect. Skip this step on Android.

Forward calls when busy or not answered (after 3-6 rings)

Dial:*71your RingReady numberthen press Call.

Forward all calls unconditionally Optional

Only use this if you want to forward ALL calls, even when you can answer

Dial the cancel code — your phone goes back to exactly how it was.
Cancel all call forwarding (both *72 and *71) — dial:*73
