How to forward calls on magicJack to your AI receptionist

Keep your magicJack number. magicJack forwards every call, so RingReady answers them all while forwarding is on. Set it up in a few minutes from your magicJack settings.

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Landline setup: magicJack forwarding is set in the magicApp or on the magicJack website, not with dial codes.
Heads up: magicJack can only forward every call, not just the ones you miss. While it's on, your receptionist answers all your calls.

Open magicApp or the website

Sign in to magicApp (Android 12+ / iOS 14+) and go to Settings, or sign in at my.magicjack.com and open Call Features.

Turn on Call Forwarding

Choose Call Forwarding, enter your RingReady number, click Submit, then switch it On.

magicJack forwards all calls; it has no 'only when busy' or 'only when not answered' option for home accounts. Only do this if you want RingReady to answer every call.

To turn it off

Switch Call Forwarding Off in the same place.
