How to forward calls on Quantum Fiber / CenturyLink Connected Voice to your AI receptionist

Keep your Quantum Fiber / CenturyLink Connected Voice number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. It takes a couple of dial codes.

Quantum Fiber / CenturyLink Connected Voice setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Landline setup: Lift the handset, wait for the dial tone, then dial each code from your Connected Voice phone. These codes won't work from a cell phone.
Heads up: If the codes don't work, busy and no-answer forwarding may not be on your line yet. Call Quantum Fiber / CenturyLink Connected Voice and ask them to forward busy and unanswered calls to your RingReady number.
