Keep your Ziply Fiber Home Phone number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. It takes a couple of dial codes.

Ziply Fiber Home Phone setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Landline setup: Lift the handset, wait for the dial tone, then dial each code from your Ziply Fiber phone. These codes won't work from a cell phone.
Heads up: If the codes don't work, busy and no-answer forwarding may not be on your line yet. Call Ziply Fiber Home Phone and ask them to forward busy and unanswered calls to your RingReady number.

Forward calls when busy (line is in use)

Works only if Ziply has added Call Forwarding Busy Line/Don't Answer to your line. If the code is rejected, call Ziply to add it.
