Every caller leaves with your link — the moment the call ends.

Pick one link — your quote form, booking page, or anything else — and your receptionist texts it to callers after every call. That includes the ones who hang up before saying a word, so a short call still turns into a lead.

How the after-call text actually works

Turn it on for one of your links. When a call ends, RingReady decides whether this caller should get it, sends it, and shows you the outcome on the call.

Pick one link

Any of your links can be the after-call link — a quote form, booking page, order form, menu or anything custom. One switch in the setup wizard.

Short calls still count

Some callers hang up before they say a word, or would rather type than talk. They get your link anyway, so the call isn’t lost.

The wrong callers are skipped

No text for spam and robocalls, callers upset with your business or calling about an existing job, vendors and wrong numbers, or anyone who asks not to be texted.

Never twice

One text per call: if your receptionist already texted a link during the call, nothing more is sent. And the same caller gets it at most once every 30 days, however often they call.

Your receptionist knows

If a caller would rather not talk, your receptionist tells them the link is on its way by text right after the call — so they hang up with a next step.

See what happened

Every call shows “Follow-up text sent” or “Follow-up text not sent” with the reason, so you always know who got your link.

Common questions

Will this annoy people who are already upset with us?

No. Callers who are upset with your business, or calling about a job you already did, don’t get the text. Neither do vendors, wrong numbers, spam, or anyone who asks not to be texted. Each call’s page shows whether the text went out and why.

What does the caller receive?

A short text: “Thanks for contacting Joe’s Junk Removal. Here’s the link to request a quote: joesjunk.com/quote. Do not reply back to this message.” Your business name, your link’s name and the URL — the same text the setup wizard previews.

What about callers who hang up right away?

They get it. Someone who hangs up before talking is often still a customer who’d rather fill in a form, so the link goes out unless the call looks like spam.

Can a caller get two texts?

No. If your receptionist already texted a link during the call, the after-call text is skipped. And one caller gets it at most once every 30 days, even if they call every day.

Which plan includes it?
