How to forward calls on Optimum Mobile to your AI receptionist

iPhone users — disable Live Voicemail first

Open Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail → toggle OFF.

This stops your iPhone from intercepting calls before forwarding takes effect. Skip this step on Android.

Forward calls when not answered (missed calls)

Only use this if you want to forward ALL calls, even when you can answer
