How to forward calls on Red Pocket (CDMA - Verizon network) to your AI receptionist

Keep your Red Pocket (CDMA - Verizon network) number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. It takes a couple of dial codes.

Red Pocket (CDMA - Verizon network) setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Red Pocket (CDMA - Verizon network) uses Verizon's network and codes.
Heads up: Red Pocket documents *72 (forward all). *71 is Verizon's code for busy and unanswered calls and works on Verizon-network lines. After setup, make a test call to your business number to confirm. Red Pocket runs on more than one network and each uses different codes. Check which network your line is on in your Red Pocket account first.
