Access 8x8 Admin Console

Log in to your 8x8 Admin Console

Visit admin.8x8.com or open the 8x8 Work app and access the admin settings with your administrator credentials.

Navigate to Call Forwarding

Go to Users → Select Extension → Call Forwarding

Find the call forwarding or call routing settings for your extension or main number in the admin console.

Set Up Forwarding Rules

Configure forwarding to your AI Receptionist number

Set up call forwarding rules (always, when busy, no answer, or during specific hours) and enter your RingReady AI Receptionist phone number as the destination.
