Access Ooma Office Manager

Log in to your Ooma Office Manager portal

Visit office.ooma.com and sign in with your account credentials.

Navigate to Call Forwarding

Go to Settings → Extensions → Select your extension

Find the call forwarding or call handling section for your extension.

Set Up Forwarding Rules

Configure forwarding rules to your AI Receptionist number

Set up conditional forwarding (when busy, no answer, or always) to forward calls to your RingReady number. Enter your full AI Receptionist phone number.
