Keep your Aircall number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. Set it up in a few minutes from your Aircall settings.
After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.
Sign in as an admin
Go to Users and Teams > All users and select the user whose calls you want covered.Find external forwarding
Open the Call Preferences tab and find Forward call to an external number.Enter your RingReady number
Click Add a phone number, enter your full RingReady receptionist number, and click Add. Then ask Aircall Support to turn off the press-1 confirmation for this forward.Call your business number from another phone and let it ring
