After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.
Use the GoTo app
On desktop or web, click your profile picture (top right) and choose Find me follow me. On mobile, tap your profile picture, then Phone & voicemail > Find Me/Follow Me.Check your ring steps
Leave your desk phone and GoTo app in the first ring step so they ring before anything else (about 20 to 25 seconds).Change 'No answer, send to'
Set No answer, send to to External and enter your full RingReady receptionist number, then save.Call your business number from another phone and let it ring
