How to forward calls on Hushed to your AI receptionist

Keep your Hushed number. Hushed forwards every call, so RingReady answers them all while forwarding is on. Set it up in a few minutes from your Hushed settings.

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Heads up: Hushed can only forward every call, not just the ones you miss. While it's on, your receptionist answers all your calls.

Open your Hushed number

Pick the number in the Hushed app

Open the Hushed app and select the Hushed phone number your customers call.

Open Call Management

Number Settings > Call Management

Tap the Number Settings icon at the bottom right, then tap Call Management.

Forward calls to your receptionist

Turn on Call Forwarding and enter your RingReady number

Turn on Enable Call Forwarding, type your full RingReady receptionist number in Forward To, turn on Forward Incoming Caller ID, and tap Save. Hushed forwards ALL calls - it can't forward only missed calls.

Test it

Call your business number from another phone and let it ring

Your RingReady receptionist should answer. Each forwarded call uses your Hushed minutes twice. Turn Call Forwarding off to take calls yourself again.
