How to forward calls on JustCall to your AI receptionist

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

Open your number's settings

Sign in to the JustCall dashboard

Go to the Phone Numbers section and select the business number you want to set up.

Open Incoming calls

Find the routing settings for that number

In the number's settings menu, select "Incoming calls" and scroll down to the Unanswered calls section. Keep your team ringing first.

Forward unanswered calls to your receptionist

Choose External number and enter your RingReady number

In the Unanswered calls dropdown, select "External number" and enter your full RingReady receptionist number. Save your changes.

Test it

Call your business number from another phone and let it ring

Don't answer. After the ring time, your RingReady receptionist should pick up. JustCall's Simulate button can also preview the routing.
