Sign in to the Mango Voice admin portal
Log in at admin.mangovoice.com and open the Switchboard for your main business number.Use a Transfer and Continue to your ring group
Connect Start to a Transfer and Continue object for your office phones or ring group. Set its Timeout to about 20 seconds (3-4 rings).Add an External Transfer after it
Click + External Transfer, enter your full RingReady receptionist number in Number, and UNCHECK "Require 1 to connect". Drag the line from the Transfer and Continue to it, then click the green Save button.Call your business number from another phone and let it ring
Don't answer. After about 20 seconds, your RingReady receptionist should pick up.Your AI receptionist answers the calls you can't — set up in about 3 minutes.
