How to forward calls on Podium Phones to your AI receptionist

Keep your Podium Phones number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. Set it up in a few minutes from your Podium Phones settings.

Podium Phones setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

1

Contact Podium support

Podium sets up call routing for you

Podium's call routing isn't documented publicly. Contact Podium support (or your Podium account manager) from inside the Podium app, or call (801) 438-4425.
2

Ask for a no-answer forward

Route missed calls to an outside number

Ask Podium to send calls that ring with no answer (and calls while all lines are busy) to an outside phone number after about 20 seconds.
3

Give them your receptionist number

Use your RingReady number as the destination

Give Podium your full RingReady receptionist number. You can also ask for after-hours calls to go to that number - Podium supports after-hours routing to numbers.
4

Test it

Call your business number from another phone and let it ring

Let it ring. Your RingReady receptionist should pick up instead of Podium voicemail. Turn off any Podium missed-call auto text if you don't want callers getting two messages.
Stuck? Call or text us at +1-970-360-8469 and tell us you're on Podium Phones — we'll walk you through it in a couple of minutes.
