How to forward calls on Quo (formerly OpenPhone) to your AI receptionist

Keep your Quo (formerly OpenPhone) number. Your phone rings first — RingReady answers only the calls you miss. Set it up in a few minutes from your Quo (formerly OpenPhone) settings.

Quo (formerly OpenPhone) setup

After you sign up you get your own RingReady number; your dashboard shows these same steps with it filled in, as tap-to-dial buttons.

1

Open the call flow for your number

Use the Quo web or desktop app as an owner or admin

Open your workspace settings, pick your business phone number, and open its call flow builder.
2

Keep your team ringing first

Use a Ring users step

Make sure the Incoming call is followed by a Ring users step so your team's phones ring first.
3

Forward unanswered calls to your receptionist

Add a Forward call step after Ring users

Add a Forward call step as the fallback after Ring users and enter your full RingReady receptionist number. For after-hours, add a Business hours step and put a Forward call step on the after-hours branch too. Enable the call flow and check it shows Live.
4

Test it

Call your business number from another phone and let it ring

Don't answer. Your RingReady receptionist should pick up once the ring time ends.
